Block off two hours on your schedule one night each week as “class” time - time set aside solely to follow your heart. This 2 hour window begins with a Heart Lock In to the above quotation and Heart Mapping to each receive guidance about how to spend that 90 minute block of time... and then quiet time for whatever each of our hearts guides is best to occur for us - with room for sharing any of the special experiences we have at the end of the time period.
