HeartMath Caritas Class

Inspired by the work of Dr. Jean Watson "Care Counts!" is a group coaching class in which students will be facilitated to create their own personal or community project during the course, with a focus on embodying one or more of Jean's 10 "Caritas Principles" of what makes a "Caring Moment."

In her 70's Jean is hailed as the modern day Florence Nightingale; her theory of care is transforming the nursing profession from the Inside Out. Sheva spent time with Jean Watson in the presence of mainstream Kaiser Hospital nurses who were speaking of caring moments and miracles, which inspired so much hope for health care and humanity! It brought her to tears of joy and filled her heart, giving her the desire to pour the inspiration into yours and facilitate the creation of more Caring Moments!

Anyone who has completed the Relationship Course level is welcome.
